Christy's Red Hot Blue Glue 118ml is a premium, contractor-preferred PVC solvent cement designed for fast, reliable bonding of PVC pipe and fittings. Known as the original Blue Glue, its fast-setting formulation helps reduce installation time and supports faster pressurisation for efficient plumbing and pond system installations.
The premium blue PVC pipe glue is formulated to perform in wet, dry and humid conditions, making it a versatile choice for professional installers and DIY users. Its medium-body consistency provides practical application while the highly active solvent cement formulation creates a strong bond between compatible PVC pipes and fittings.
Christy's Red Hot Blue Glue is suitable for all classes and schedules of PVC pipe up to 6 inches diameter for interference-fit applications, with Schedule 80 applications supported through 4 inches. This broad compatibility makes it useful for pond plumbing, irrigation, water features, drainage and general PVC pipe installations.
Where permitted by applicable local codes and installation requirements, the cement can be used without primer on non-pressure systems up to 6 inches and pressure systems below 4 inches. Always follow relevant Australian plumbing requirements, product instructions and applicable codes for the specific installation.
