The blocks gradually dissolve over 7 to 14 days, depending on water conditions and circulation, providing consistent algae control throughout the pond. For best results, distribute the blocks evenly to cover all pond areas, particularly after cleaning an algae-infested pond or when algae first appears.

To maintain healthy pond conditions, it is recommended to mechanically remove heavy algae growth before treatment and ensure adequate aeration after use. PondMAX Algae Block should only be reapplied when algae reappears and must be used strictly according to the recommended dosage.
